Fox Sports Asia claim Arsenal are close to making En-Nesyri their first signing of the summer.The player and his agent are thought to be considering a number of deals from European clubs that have been put to them.The report also suggests Arsenal are leading the race for his signature because of the players interest in moving away from Spain.Spanish side Real Betis are also another club who are said to be in the hunt for the striker.Club career so far?
En-Nesyri began his professional career with Malaga after joining for 125,000 from the Mohammed VI Football Academy in Morocco in 2015 as a youngster.He started with the Malaga B team and after scoring six goals in six appearances he was quickly promoted to the senior side.He was included in the then Malaga boss Juande Ramos’ pre-season squad and scored a double in a 4-0 win against Algeciras eight days later.

En-Nesyri has no release clause but a price tag of around 8.8million has been touted, with the financially limited Leganes likely to be willing to clash in on the marksman.

Emery will undoubtedly have to tinker with his formation if En-Neysri signs for the Gunners.The Spaniard may have to deploy a very attacking 4-3-3 formation to squeeze all three of his lethal front-men in the line-up.Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has featured on the left-wing for large parts of the season and although he prefers being a no.9, he is still a major nuisance for defenders out wide, while Lacazette may also have to move out wide to make way for En-Neysri.The Gunners could use Granit Xhaka as their deepest central midfielder with Matteo Guendouzi and Lucas Torreira able to break forward with the ball at their feet and get close to their forwards in what would be a very attacking Arsenal line-up, especially with their full-backs bombing on.
