Following last nights abandonment, the club will support the FA in anyway possible. This club does not condone racism.Comments/abuse made to the club overnight that the individual is a Cosby supporter are wide of the mark. Good luck to @FCWymeswold for the rest of the season..— Cosby United FC (@CosbyUnitedFC) April 4, 2019This is the latest in a series of racist incidents which have occurred over the past season, with calls for serious action to be taken in the wake of England players being abused by Montenegro supporters during last month’s international break.A number of players, managers and pundits have since backed the decision for teams to walk off the pitch should players be racially abused.
