Tottenham vs Leicester City: Statistics show we can expect goals galore in the Premier League clash at Wembley
Tottenham Hotspur and Leicester City will face-off in the Premier League on Sunday and it is a fixture we can expect goals in.The two sides have played out some epic clashes in recent seasons and hopefully this weekends encounter will be no different.Heung-min Son celebrates scoring against Leicester2
Heung-min Son celebrates scoring against Leicester
The statistics back up the fact this match is likely to contain goals as it is one of the most high-scoring in Premier League history. It ranks third in the all-time list of average goals per game for a Premier League fixture behind only Chelsea vs Sunderland and Liverpool vs Crystal Palace. On average, it has 3.52 goals per game and we have seen the ball hit the back of the net 88 times in the 25 games played between them. The Chelsea/Sunderland clash is top with 3.69 while Liverpool/Palace match sees 3.6 goals per game. Since Leicester returned to the top flight in 2014, it is the second highest scoring fixture with an average of four goals per game. This is bettered only by Arsenal vs Liverpool where you can expect to see 4.4 goals per game.We had a 5-4 thriller at Wembley last season with Spurs coming out on top, recovering after going 3-1 down. Two seasons ago Harry Kane smashed four in against the Foxes at the King Power Stadium as Tottenham won 6-1, helping him seal a second Golden Boot against the odds.Harry Kane clutches the match ball after scoring four against Leicester2
Harry Kane clutches the match ball after scoring four against Leicester
Kane certainly enjoys playing against Leicester as he scored another hat-trick in a match in the 2014-15 season when Spurs won 4-3 at White Hart Lane. The East Midlands club will no doubt be delighted the England captain will be absent for the match as he recovers from injury. The 25-year-old has scored 13 times against the Foxes, more goals than he has against any other club. If you look back further into the Premier League history there was also a 4-4 draw at White Hart Lane in February 2004.Jermaine Defoe scored twice for Spurs with one each for Michael Brown and Robbie Keane. Leicester profited from a Gary Doherty own goal with Les Ferdinand, Ben Thatcher and Marcus Bent also on the scoresheet.

Will Maurizio Sarri still be Chelsea manager next season? Perry Groves doesn’t think so…
The result, Chelseas heaviest Premier League loss since 1996, compounded what has been a turbulent few weeks for the team, with Sarri hitting the headlines for his confrontational behaviour.Sarri faced criticism after he publicly slammed his players following their London derby defeat to Arsenal earlier in January, and the boss was confronted by angry fans after their miserable outing at Bournemouth, after which he locked his players in the dressing room for an hour-long debrief.Eden Hazard, in particular, was reportedly given a hard time by Maurizio Sarri after Chelsea’s 4-0 defeat to Bournemouth3

The former Napoli boss was tasked with fixing a fractured dressing room when he was appointed as Antonio Contes successor in the summer, but if anything he has only made things worse. And Groves believes Sarri will be gone after just one season at the helm.He wont be their manager next season hell be gone at the end of the season, he told talkSPORT host Jim White.I cant see Chelsea coming in the top four and if you dont come in the top four, youll be gone. After all the kafuffle with Antonio Conte and the board, upsetting everybody and questioning the transfer policy, and with Jose Mourinho upsetting everybody before that, Sarri was brought in to just calm everything down and make it a little bit more serene but you still have to win games.Sarri enjoyed initial success at Chelsea, but the same problems have come back to disrupt their season3
Sarri enjoyed initial success at Chelsea, but the same problems have come back to disrupt their season
With a manager theres a difference between having the courage of your convictions and being stubborn, being obstinate now hes doing that and the players arent having him.Its really that simple. Theyre not having him, and he even said in the second half [against Bournemouth] the players werent implementing his ideas. He didnt change his system and the players are thinking, youve got to do something here, try something different. As a manager youve got to change it. For him to say he can’t motivate his players players should always motivate themselves, and even if they dont like the manager or the system, they should always give 100 per cent. But they dont believe in him.The difference between him and Eddie Howe is the Bournemouth players, all of them, buy into what hes trying to do.But at Chelsea that isnt happening, theyre not having him, theyre not buying into him.

Wilfried Zaha: How wantaway Crystal Palace star could look at Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund
Wilfried Zaha’s apparent desire to leave Crystal Palace to play Champions League is likely to attract plenty of potential suitors.Like a shark and blood, the Ivorian’s admission is likely to lure some of the biggest clubs in Europe to the bidding table this summer.Zaha has reportedly told Crystal Palace he wants to leave this summer6
Zaha has reportedly told Crystal Palace he wants to leave this summer
According to the Daily Mail, Zaha met with Palace chairman Steve Parish this week and reaffirmed his desire to leave the club this summer.Having scored ten goals and registered five assists in the English top-flight, clubs may perhaps be a tad reluctant to splash the cash on the 26-year-old.Especially considering the south Londoners have slapped an 80million price tag on their star man, who came through the academy system. After a disastrous 18-month spell at Manchester United, the winger returned to Selhurst Park in 2015 on a permanent deal.Roy Hodgson has admitted he is powerless to stop Wilfried Zaha joining a bigger club6
Roy Hodgson has admitted he is powerless to stop Wilfried Zaha joining a bigger club
His desire to play Champions League football almost certainly rules out a return to Old Trafford, but there are no shortage of domestic destinations for Zaha.North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are reportedly keen on Zaha, while Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund also want to prise the forward away from Palace. So how could Zaha look at his potential new clubs, should he get his lucrative move this summer?Scroll down to see the potential XI’s.

Arsenal

Although Champions League qualification depends on winning the Europa League Final for the Gunners, Unai Emery’s record in the competition speaks volumes.Throughout last season, the Spaniard spoke of signing wingers for his side but ended up finding success with a 3-4-1-2 formation which relied on wing backs.Zaha has added goals and assists to his game and has the trickery and pace to play in a No.10 role behind the lethal duo of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette.Could Zaha thrive behind Aubameyang and Lacazette?BuildLineup.com6
Could Zaha thrive behind Aubameyang and Lacazette?

Tottenham Hotspur

As mentioned previously, Tottenham have a long-standing interest in Zaha which stretches back to the summer of 2016.Spurs have not dipped into the transfer market since signing Lucas Moura in January 2018. Given how much game time and how successful the Brazilian has been, Zaha must surely be salivating at the possibility of working with Mauricio Pochettino.Regardless of what happens in the Champions League Final, the Argentine will want to continue his development in north London and a marquee signing like the Crystal Palace star could be the way forward.Zaha could inject more pace a trickery into Spurs’ frontline6
Zaha could inject more pace a trickery into Spurs’ frontline

Liverpool

Although fans may be surprised to see the Reds linked with Zaha, whispers have developed into a gradual crescendo given the speculation surrounding Sadio Mane. The Senegal striker is a target for Real Madrid and could be tempted after five years in England. His role on the left-hand side of Liverpool’s attack has allowed him to develop his game in a way Zaha will surely be envious of.In order to develop, the Ivory Coast international must become more consistent and develop his game in the way Mane has in order to make this move work.Is Zaha the perfect replacement for Mane?6
Is Zaha the perfect replacement for Mane?

Borussia Dortmund

Under Lucien Favre, Dortmund have pushed Bayern Munich in the race to be crowned Bundesliga champions and their style of play is a huge factor in that. With Axel Witsel and Thomas Delaney anchoring the midfield, Dortmund attack through Marco Reus and have unleashed Jadon Sancho to great effect. With Zaha swapping wings and potentially even playing up front at times, Dortmund could be a serious threat in the Champions League next season.Sancho and Zaha on the wings is an exciting prospect6

Arsenal are set to land Denis Suarez on loan this month
Suarez, who played under Unai Emery during a loan spell at Sevilla, is a versatile midfielder who can play in the middle or on either flank. But Seaman is perplexed why the club are looking to add the Barcelona man to their ranks instead of strengthening where they really need it at the back.Emery has been praised for his work in transforming Arsenal into a fearsome attacking force once again this season, but he has done little to improve his defence, although has hasnt been helped by injuries to key players. The Gunners defensive ranks have been decimated by injury this season, with Rob Holding, Hector Bellerin, Sokratis Papastathopoulos and Laurent Koscielny all currently on the sidelines. Speaking on Wednesdays Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, former goalkeeper Seaman said: We dont need midfielders, we need defenders.Weve got big injuries to quite a few of them already, we need good defenders coming in.Emery knows him [Suarez] and likes what he sees, but for me were crying out for defenders. Were great going forward, but whats happening with the defence?
